If you have any observations, objections, or complaints regarding our services, appointment scheduling, client reception, completed engagements, handling of submitted documents, or any other matter related to our activities, we will record and investigate them, and take all reasonable steps to resolve the issue where necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may submit your complaint either verbally or in writing. Verbal complaints can be made in person or by phone, by prior appointment; written complaints may be submitted by post, email, or other electronic means qualifying as written communication. We will confirm receipt of electronically submitted complaints without delay.
